• Return Window: We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery only if the product is received in a damaged or broken condition.
• Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process any return or refund request, an unedited unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened) is mandatory. This serves as proof of damage during transit.
• Eligibility for Refund/Exchange: Refunds or exchanges will be issued only for products that are confirmed to be damaged or broken upon delivery.
• Cancellation Policy: Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
• Refund Timeline: Upon approval, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
